Tire center rip the bead on one of my friend. She sent me the picture and clearly the rip on the bead was fresh from the picture she sent me. They’re telling her she can’t go not unless she replace all four tires. I’m a license mechanic for 40 years and I know what I see. Spoke to the tech that did her tires and don’t want to argue with me . He said he never ripped the bead but clearly I can see fresh rip from the tire.Now they’re telling her she need all new four summer tires.Will not admit to there mistake .upselling
I had an appointment and everything went fine until; They told me they were gonna call me after my tires were done and I even check if my phone number was properly wrote down. They made me wait for two hours. I had to come back because they didn’t call me. When I came back the guy at the cash told me they didn’t do anything in those two hours because two of my tires were “worn out” when I bought those tires one year ago at the same place and they don’t have more than 10k. I booked for an oil change 2 weeks before and they cancelled it in the morning of the appointment date saying they don’t have filter. I went and asked in person when will they receive the filter so that I can book another appointment. They said they don’t know when the filters arrive. Very poor customer service from the tire centre guy.
Costco should add a person to take care of the front desk. Trying to make an appointment for an oil change by phone is almost impossible.

We purchased our all-season tires from Costco and returned on Wednesday, May 14 for a routine tire rotation and balance.
