Took my 4 wheel drive SUV in becuase i had a flat that CAA fixed with a plug. Costco said the tire was irreparable due to the plug. The tires are 1 1/2 years old and i have been sick for the last year. They will not replace a single tire due to tread wear and insisted we change all 4 tires. Staff will accept appointments for oil changes and cancel them on the day of the appointment because don't have the tools, or supplies. Managers are unequipt to deal with customers and can't provide timelines. Do not trust their appointments at the tire centre.
Don't understand all the negative reviews. The tire staff work in a an extremely busy and customer demanding environment. Setback occur throughout the day that impacts the operation. People need to be more patient and understanding. My experience was great. Shout out to Jordon for helping me out after I ordered the wrong tires on-line. Also, Jake for advising me that the lock nuts on my wheels were failing and needed replacing. People need to remember Costco for the most part is a zoo, please be kind to the animals (staff).
Disappointed. Came in today book a oil change as no one answers the phone and to get a tire quote, because nobody answers the phone. Intended on buying tires today figure it'll probably be about $2,000 not a big deal so I parked in the tire center parking because I was coming to do business with Tire Center. As we get out of the car the gentleman working the propane area begins asking me me if I'm coming to the tire center. I told him yes, I'm coming to get tires.
