You might think you are getting a great deal on tires. But the service and the time you sit on the phone waiting for someone to answer it. 40 minutes and no answered. My time is also valuable and hope to get some decent customer service. Should have went to Active Green and Ross. Excellent service and in the same day. You can go to them and get immediate service for flat tires. Costco is a joke. I was just trying to save a few bucks. Live and learn.
Totally useless and condescending employees. I came in with one flat tire that needed to be replaced, but all my tires were brand new and the employee wanted me to buy all brand new tires again. Plus, they didn't have any tires that were my size in stock, so I would have needed to get them ordered in. I wanted to share my recent experience at this location. I purchased a set of tires for my SUV, paid in full, and was given a confirmed date and time for installation. I arrived that day to ensure everything could be completed within the hour and a half I was told—plus extra time if needed. After waiting an additional hour past my appointment, I approached the staff member who originally booked my installation. Zero stars! Refused to honour 110,000km warranty at 50,000. Tires I purchased are now discontinued so they claim I’m on the hook to buy 4 new ones because they won’t replace the damaged one without replacing all 4. Never, ever buy tires here. Also, for the unhinged employee who is uneducated about tires and wheel locks. Read this: It is recommended not to re-torque a wheel lock nut to the same high specifications as regular lug nuts because locking keys are brittle, and high torque can easily strip the lock's pattern, shear ... read more
