Young arrogant from tire department not going to change my winter tires to summer tires after 1,5 h waiting time.He is the expert in doing nothing just walking around .In the fall they say nothing about my tires, in spring my tires are not good to use .You are to change the tires ,you can say you opinion but you are to do what customer ask you to do.You are not a god ,you are to change a tires.My car my responsibility.You are hire to change my tires.End off the story.Customer skills on level "0" Anger management will apply

My issue is with customer service efficiency not the actual work. I use the tires department 4 times a year, almost every time they take too long to greet customers at the check-in desk, making people become frustrated. Then when you shop for over an hour and wait at tires, your car could be ready and no one has come to tell you. I figure I loose about 5-10 mins at check-in and about 20 mins at check-out. Today I waited for 1h40m for seasonal exchanges at 9am (first appointment) and was not late. Tire employees seem overwork... read more

Callum and Kevin were great!! I highly recommend this place!! I've been getting oil changes here for years and bought my tires here too!!
