I would put zero stars if I could. Make an appointment for 10:30 am, they open at 9:00, told me 1 - 1.5 hours. They didn't pull it into the bay for almost 1.5 hours. What is the point of an appointment if they are behind an hour and a half after being open for an hour and a half. Must have all the deadbeat vehicle mechanics working there. I will never go back and hope that you dont take your car there!!!!
If there is a zero stars to give I would have done it. Worst customer service and bad experience and they are always short in staff. Matt was ignorant in his communication. Why would I have to wait more than 2 and half hours to have my tires changed from all season to winter ones. It's very simple, if you guys are over loaded do not keep accepting new bookings.
Save yourself some agony and don’t go to this tire centre,,I waited 2.5 hrs for my seasonal tire swap only to find out I had 2 holes side by side in one of the tires so they couldn’t do the tire swap! Why the hell would you make me wait over 2 hours to tell me you couldn’t do the job? And then tell me they couldn’t just replace one tire, I have to replace all four tires because they can’t repair 2 holes beside each other, when I looked at it , there’s only one hole. Tire centre it is a joke I just put brand new tires today and they dump the tire that I was using him before that was in good condition without asking if I want to keep it or not
