Prices are great. Waited two hours in store for my tires to be installed only to get home and get ready to install the wheels when i realize all 4 were the wrong size. Called before the store closed and was re scheduled for the day after. Another 4 hour wait for the tires to be removed and the proper ones installed. Wheels scratched and paint damaged. Prices are great but the tire team seems very rushed and not overly careful.
Highly inefficient service department that is in no rush to help you. Other places are cheaper, you receive no benefits as a member. Go elsewhere.
They never did my tire repair that I paid for, but they still charge me over 200 for it. And I’m trying to call them as I write this and they won’t answer the phone. Garbage service and business
Extremely poor service and long wait time
I really like the oil change service, quick and no frills. Really good price. Unfortunately Costco is not going to continue the oil change service from June onwards. This is the best benefit the members can get from Costco. We should encourage Costco to reconsider and continue with the service.
