Went in for my new winter tire installation. I was a bit concerned about all the negative reviews. I had an afternoon appt. Victor was great and told me probably a little over an hour. They were exactly that. The only thing that would make things better would be a waiting area. But the issue is all the tires waiting for installation so not a lot of space.i walked the store and then read my book in the food area.
Had a nail in my tire, front desk was amazing!! Got me in right away to get me fixed and back on the road!
Had my winter tires replaced back in November. They first installed the wrong tires on the incorrect rims provided and charged my wife the difference, even after the work order made it clear it was 15s to be put on steel rims inside the car. I live about an hour away. After getting this corrected and my essentially brand new all seasons put back on my 16 inch rims, I got all the way home before hearing a leak. I checked the valve stems and found 3 of the 4 leaking. Called again and they had to schedule me in for the morning.... read more
Purchased new summers in April and was told they would take two weeks to arrive. Cool. Got a call on the installation date and was told that the tires never arrived and that they didn't know when they would because they couldn't get in touch with Michelin. Decided to wait...Went in about a few weeks later and they said the tires arrived a week prior. No call to reschedule an installation. Made a date at the counter...They never answer the phone. I'm writing this review purely for John Banks who really helped us out with our tire warranty issues. 100% honored the warranty on our tires and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. His customer service skills and professionalism were amazing. If everyone in this world cared as much as John, it would be a better place. Thanks John!
