Bought and had new tires installed. Rims were dirty when I went in so had a wheel weight fall off shortly after getting on the highway. However, they got me right back in to fix the issue and clean the rims. Shoutout to Jake who went above and beyond to help me out during my appointment, really appreciated his excellent service.
I did tire change last week on my wife's car no issues, yesterday I took my relatively brand new car with 11k on it for tire change as well , they throw the alignment on the car, it started pulling left I noticed as soon I got on the highway but i couldn't go back as I was already late for work. Today I called the tire center at least 12 times to advise them of the issue no answer ,
Honestly I don't understand all these negative reviews. Despite how busy it always is, I have had nothing but pleasant experiences at this location. Ceilidh at the desk is always very helpful.
How is an employee like Shirl still working there??? Worst customer service i have experienced in years. Still shocked that it happened at a costco.
They squeezed me in to repair a flat tire. They were fast and very accommodating.
