I did tire change last week on my wife's car no issues, yesterday I took my relatively brand new car with 11k on it for tire change as well , they throw the alignment on the car, it started pulling left I noticed as soon I got on the highway but i couldn't go back as I was already late for work. Today I called the tire center at least 12 times to advise them of the issue no answer ,
Honestly I don't understand all these negative reviews. Despite how busy it always is, I have had nothing but pleasant experiences at this location. Ceilidh at the desk is always very helpful.
How is an employee like Shirl still working there??? Worst customer service i have experienced in years. Still shocked that it happened at a costco.
They squeezed me in to repair a flat tire. They were fast and very accommodating.
Blatantly rude staff who roll their eyes in your face if nothing goes perfectly. It’s a disorganized mess of an operation too. No other tire shop in town is so poorly run. I’d recommend Bayer’s Lake or not going to Costco at all. They also never answer the phones, ever.
