Toyota Victoria told me that I have to spend over $300 to replace a faulty tire presure sensor. Costco tire center only quote it for less the $90 dollars. At the end Costco charge me $0 and told me the sensor was not setup properly (at Toyota).
You save a little money. But my tires came in 5 days later than they said they would. Then to make an appointment to put them on was an additional 5 days. I asked if I could take them off the truck and drop them off to make it faster. They said yes. I'm in a 45 minute line up right now waiting just to ask where I can drop them off. I guess help is hard to find Small update. Large gouge in my rims. Nice. My fault I got what I paid for.
Location: Costco Langford Service: Tire Rotation I booked an appointment online for a tire rotation and also selected the tire inspection option. When I arrived, the staff at the counter told me that I would need to book a separate appointment for the inspection. That means wasting another 90 minutes just for something I had already included online. Okay place to buy tires, not a good place for follow up service. I'll go back to a tire store, at least they answer their phones. Costco employees seem willing to help if you can get one to talk to you!
If you use be prepared to drop your car off and be willing to wait hours. No idea why they allow people to book appointments when they clearly don't have the staff to install the tires. Just one person's idea here - have less appointments available for booking so you can actually handle the appointments that you have. Good value price wise on the tires when you compare to other places.
