If you use be prepared to drop your car off and be willing to wait hours. No idea why they allow people to book appointments when they clearly don't have the staff to install the tires. Just one person's idea here - have less appointments available for booking so you can actually handle the appointments that you have. Good value price wise on the tires when you compare to other places.
After shopping at Costco in Victoria, BC, I discovered, fortunately in the Costco parking lot, I had a flat tire. I walked over to the tire centre and a fellow came out and had a look at it. Within minutes he assessed my tire’s condition and then booked me for a “walk-in”. With-in an hour, screw removed and tire repaired, I was on the road again. My fiancé and I recently visited your store to purchase new tires, but unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The sales associate, April B., was unhelpful and repeatedly asked us about our vehicle’s lugnuts without offering guidance. She sent us back to our car multiple times, which caused delays and led to a line forming behind us. Rather than assisting or explaining the process, or moving on, she was rude and blamed us for the delay. We left feeling frustrated and disrespected. The nightmare never ends. My appointment was cancelled without notice, then I was forced to wait six hours. They failed to install the pressure sensors I had specifically requested—and paid for. Six months later, I discovered they had changed the bolts without telling me. Now I don’t have the right adapter, and even Canadian Tire doesn't hold it. I can’t change my own tires and have to go to a specialty shop. One star is far too generous.
