booked a tire change , apparently Costco cancelled our appointment the same day it was booked without notifying us. When we visited Costco for tire change appointment after 15 days they inform that the appointment is cancelled. I had to change my holiday plans because of this chaos and hassle. Very poor service Costco, the manager and reps were of no help either .
My personal experience today in Burlington Costco Tire Center was very pleasant and felt welcome and being helped for sure. Except for checkin’s long waiting line, everyone here is super helpful, understanding, and accommodating.
Updated Review*** Changing my rating from 1 star to 4 stars I’m changing my rating from one star to four stars for one reason: Karen. She made all the difference. Sometimes all it takes is one welcoming person with great customer service to turn your whole experience around. Her smile, her attitude, and the way she greeted me genuinely made my day.
