Booked an appt for tire change. I asked the salesguy at the counter if it was any more/less busy on a Sunday vs weekday (since I know shopping at Costco on the weekend is insane). He said no difference. He said to drop the car off at the garage when I come. He was WRONG on both counts. It was crazy busy. I had 2:15 appointment, and they didn't start on my vehicle until almost 4pm. It was almost 4:45 by the time I got my keys and got out. Does 2.5hours sound reasonable to you? What made it really bite.. My original appointment was a week ago - Then I'd reached an hour late. The lady at the counter said they couldn't fit me. That was my fault so I didn't blame them, of course. But after today's experience, made me wonder.. Never answer their phone. Had to go in, in person to make my appointment! Then appointment day comes around 3 weeks later. Get to the store after getting the appointment reminder text the previous day & they tell me my tires haven’t come in yet. They were telling me I had to rebook without a care in the world when I told them I drove for an hour to get to this particular store because my parents store my tires at their house up the street! After kicking up a stink, the manager mysteriously finds the tires!
Extremely rude personnel. Bought winter tires here and now they don’t want install back summer tires
