One of the best Costco tire center. I had 2 new tires bought and installed there a month ago. And one of new tire gets a big screw (2.5”) and I drove there without an appointment. They took the wheel off and checked and told me that I was lucky the screw didn’t went through and it’s on sideway so everything is fine. When I ask Ray the payment and he say no charge and it’s free. I was so touched and want to say thank you so much for your honesty service!
It was a little confused customer service guy, but they found my tires and installed as perfect. Their service was very expert with easy communication.
After shopping at Costco noticed tire light was on. Attendant graciously fit me in and repaired the problem in 30 minutes. They were friendly and helpful, even taking time to explain the problem.
They told me I needed 4 new tires "because the warranty is about to run out" on the ones i bought there previously... Had a screw in my tire they removed it half way even though my tire wasnt in stock and i couldn't have replaced it that day anyway. Then lied to me that they didnt. Refused to patch the screw, refused to rotate my tires. Last time i was there they broke my key. Just avoid these clowns.
