Normally love Costco Tire Centers, however I guess good things don't last. Brought a Ford F150 Enterprise battery (item no. 1624302) back under warranty I purchased in Sep 2025 6 mos ago which Ford advised had a short when cranking under load. Costco said the battery was fine with their testing machine and would not honor the warranty. My 12 year old battery will start it, but Costco's faulty battery will not. Got helped the other day by a super tall guy named Coleman. Walked to my car. Found out the biggest tire i could squeeze on my big truck. Found me a cheaper, better warranty and for a better price. Good to have someone who actually has high knowledge where their working. Told him my issue about tire noise. Well he definitely helped with that. I came in to ask a question that’s it…. I love Costco and coming to get my tires changed but recently there is a lady who works here who is really rude and personally if you don’t like your job you should not be there.
