Thank you so much Adrian for the incredible assistance. He was able to help me with my tires let me know what to lookout for and to make sure I put air in once a month and if it continued then it would need to be changed. It was fast, efficient, helpful, and super knowledgeable!

Purchased 4 brand new tires from them. During the installation process they compete broke one of the wheel studs. When i filed a claim with them they documented that they had notified me prior to causing any damage to my vehicle and obtained permission to continue working on my vehicle which was absolutely false. Extremely disappointed in their tire service, third party administrator, and customer care service. One of the Costco core values is “taking care of members”. Chipped 2 of my rims, scratched 2 others, and the best they could offer me was $100 for scratching my $2000 rims. To add insult to injury, I paid $1800 for a set of tires. You figure a place like Costco would stand behind their service, but unfortunately, not. I would avoid getting tires here if you value your rims, because they don't, and their 'plastic head' machines will damage them.
