As a Costco member, I was extremely frustrated with the service at their tire shop recently. Unfortunately my car battery died in the parking lot, so I went in and bought a new one from them. I only needed a wrench to swap the batteries, but the staff claimed they didn’t have any tools to help. It’s hard to believe a tire shop wouldn’t have something as basic as a wrench, especially since they handle tire installs and basic maintenance. WOW! wow! WOW!!!!!!!!! I came to Costco Tire Center this early evening today because of a nail that I found in my tire that the dealership did not “catch” during the few hours I had my car there this afternoon.
