Terrible service. Came for a post tire installation check -- told 15 minutes, waited 40 with no update. When I asked, the Black employee snapped “DONE!” and walked away. Completely rude and unprofessional.

It was hard work buying tires there. Staff took multiple phone calls while in the middle of helping me. Then, the tires I needed had to be ordered. Fine. They told me it would take 3-5 days. They would call when they came in. About seven days later and no phone call. I called Costco and learned they had no record of my purchase. A manager would call me back to help. Nope. Very poor service, I came for tire balancing. After this low air pressure warning started, I called and they said come tomorrow anytime even after asking for appointment. When I came here they said that I need appointment. Somehow, I waited for it and get it fixed they put so much air in the tires, then air leakage started happening. Third time I booked appointment but forgot key card of Tesla and then did not try to see the problem, I had to run home for it and came back quickly.
