The service attitude at this Costco Tire Service Center is extremely poor, and everything they do is unprofessional. I will never choose this place again in order to avoid wasting valuable time. I hope everyone thinks carefully before going there.

Terrible service. Came for a post tire installation check -- told 15 minutes, waited 40 with no update. When I asked, the Black employee snapped “DONE!” and walked away. Completely rude and unprofessional.
It was hard work buying tires there. Staff took multiple phone calls while in the middle of helping me. Then, the tires I needed had to be ordered. Fine. They told me it would take 3-5 days. They would call when they came in. About seven days later and no phone call. I called Costco and learned they had no record of my purchase. A manager would call me back to help. Nope.
