Needed to replace 1 tire. 2:30pm appointment car didn’t get to the bay until 4pm. Finished work by 5pm. Appointment time is an estimate so clear your schedule for the day. Employees were nice but that doesn’t make up for not honoring my appointment time. 2 and a half hours to replace 1 tire is an embarrassment.
System is nice. The techs are really bad. Need some serious training. Kept screaming at me that it's the rims and they been doing this for over 20 years. Had to go to different mechanic and pay $150 to find out it's faulty valve. If they had spent the time to diagnose instead of keep screaming they been doing this for over 20 years I am sure they could have found out it's faulty valve that they installed and saved me $150.

I found one, and after that addition cost I was able to return to have the... read more
LONG LONG WAITS, THEY DONT CHECK ON THE TIRE PRESSURE. THE STUFF HATES THERE JOB, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NIT THERE STRONG POINT. I HAD TO REPEAT MYSELF SEVERAL TIMES TO CONFIRM THE SERVICES I REQUIRED. THEY NEED MUCH BETTER TRAINING & MANAGEMENT.
