Terrible, makes no sense to make an appointment and wait 3+ hours for tire installation. People at this location are very rude.
Ordered the wrong tires online due to poor website description. The Tire Center Associates ordered me the right ones without any hassles. Appreciate the option to make appointment online. All employees were fast and professional.
I had an outstanding experience at Costco thanks to Pedro. While I was in the parking lot, my car suddenly displayed a warning that one of my tires was rapidly losing air. I thought the tire center was already closed, but I saw Pedro coming out of the store and asked if there was anything he could do. Appointment was at 12:45pm. Dropped off car at 12:15pm. Was told I’ll get a call when car is ready. 01:45pm still no phone call. Went outside to check,my car was not in work bay or outside designated parking area. Found my car parked all the way back of the Costco building. Then ask mechanic for keys at work bay. After I checked my dash cam. Cam showed car pulled into work bay at 12:30pm and work was done at 01:07pm. If I didn’t check for my car,I’ll probably still be in Costco right now. Do better Costco!
