They where the only costco close to the city that had all 4 tire sensors. Took like 90 minutes in total to install . Customer service was great.
This tire center is completely overbooked, understaffed, and unorganized. Costco offers services with tire purchases, but these perks are useless when you can’t actually get the work done. There are many other options to buy tires from establishments that actually value their customers - don’t make the mistake of purchasing here.

Great prices, the wait times are going to be very long if you do not have an appointment. Friendly staff. Make sure you have everything you need for your appointment(wheel lock) or you will have to come back and wait... Definitely worth buying tires here as you get free flat fix and tire rotation. I have had great experiences and not so great experiences. It depends on the team member and how backed up they are.
