It was hard work buying tires there. Staff took multiple phone calls while in the middle of helping me. Then, the tires I needed had to be ordered. Fine. They told me it would take 3-5 days. They would call when they came in. About seven days later and no phone call. I called Costco and learned they had no record of my purchase. A manager would call me back to help. Nope. Very poor service, I came for tire balancing. After this low air pressure warning started, I called and they said come tomorrow anytime even after asking for appointment. When I came here they said that I need appointment. Somehow, I waited for it and get it fixed they put so much air in the tires, then air leakage started happening. Third time I booked appointment but forgot key card of Tesla and then did not try to see the problem, I had to run home for it and came back quickly. As a Costco member, I was extremely frustrated with the service at their tire shop recently. Unfortunately my car battery died in the parking lot, so I went in and bought a new one from them. I only needed a wrench to swap the batteries, but the staff claimed they didn’t have any tools to help. It’s hard to believe a tire shop wouldn’t have something as basic as a wrench, especially since they handle tire installs and basic maintenance.
