Great prices, the wait times are going to be very long if you do not have an appointment. Friendly staff. Make sure you have everything you need for your appointment(wheel lock) or you will have to come back and wait... Definitely worth buying tires here as you get free flat fix and tire rotation. I have had great experiences and not so great experiences. It depends on the team member and how backed up they are.
Tyler who works at the auto center counter was really good to deal with, I came in to purchase a battery. There was a problem with adding a Costco $40 shop card to my purchase. The manager working was absolutely terrible and unprofessional at the tire center. Didn’t want to deal with the situation. I had to get another manager from the customer service counter to help. After going to Walmart and getting horrible customer service Costco I had excellent customer service patients and the associate walk-through and explain everything to me and find detail 10 out of 10 will go again
