Awful.
I had scheduled an appointment but when I got to the tire center, they were accepting people without an appointment in the appointment line and so I had to wait for the other customers to be done. Finally I get to the register and they say I'm late but that was due to me having to wait in line! Then they say it's going to take roughly an hour and a half for a tire rotation! That's absurd. They said its due to them being backed up but I had scheduled an appointment but clearly an appointment isn't valued at this tire center! ... read more
I changed a tire today and I don’t understand why they had to put the top down on my convertible. How do I know? They didn’t even close it properly, so I got an alarm. Now I’m curious about what else they might have done to my car.
