So I brought my camper van (Ford E250) for a tire rotation and repair of one tire pressure monitor on 12/30, or the day before New Year’s Eve. I could not figure out why Costco was so crowded, what a dope, lol. I would have never done it on such a busy day if I was thinking correctly. But as always these guys were excellent. They got me in a little earlier than my appointment time, rotated the tires, and fixed (for free) the monitor (it just needed a reset). And they answered all my silly questions. Easy 5 stars!!
Damaged my rims! Three of my four rims now have damage that did not exist before this appointment. Beyond frustrating that I came to this specific location because they had better reviews, but like others have mentioned, they damaged my rims. I took before videos so I know EXACTLY what my rims looked like. I have never had this issue before. Don’t wait for the text/call that your car is ready. I was told I would be contacted when my car was ready and that it would take about an hour. After about an hour and a half I went back to check, my car was not in the bay, no one was at the front desk, waited some more, finally got my car, invoice said it was done in less than an hour. Finally got a text that my car was ready 2hrs after my appointment.
