Damaged my wheels when mounting new tires, gave me an incident report to claim for damages, claim was denied by their 3rd party adjuster. Will escalate this with Costco. Very unhappy with this service.
Nothing but deep appreciation & gratitude for the amazing staff here! My front passenger tire became flat 2x- sometime last year & today. I went there today after the front tire deflated post putting air at the gas station. Fast forward, I asked for help from Jose, one of the staff from tire center. He told me to pull up & use the compressor. Then another staff check in with me & helped me with my tire. I felt so relieved! Thanks to the staff at this tire center! They’re heaven sent!!! Highly recommended 🫶 I’ll be back for ... read more
Great customer service. When I first came in, I did not know what I needed to do. But the mechanic was very honest with me that I didn't need to replace all 4 of my tires (when they could have upcharged me for four tires). They even recommended going to a different tire Center that would be way cheaper to replace a single tire. As a result, I came back in to buy all four tires a year later. Very generous staff
Adrian helped me with pumping my tires, very friendly and knowledgeable. Hope to see him again the next time I come here!
