Came home deflated tire to 9 psi. After service check engine is on and tire pressure sign on my mercedes. 2022 vehicle. Perfectly fine before service. Was told it's normal for pressure sign to be on. If keeps showing up to come next week.
Please train your staff to respect customer's radio. On the way to the store I was listening to KFAN. After the service I got back into the car and noticed the radio station was switched to a AM station. After a few minutes I realized it was a political radio station. Please learn to respect customer's radio and their property and not try to push any of your personal political views and agenda on customers. We got enough political crap beaten into us everyday. Just had new tires put on my 2021 Chevy Blazer very disappointing! I have a film on the wheels that I can't get off, there is a nice chip on the center cap of one of the wheels! They put new valve stems on and totally destroyed my valve stem covers that were on there.
I bought tires here about a year ago. I brought my car in to have it looked at it as the tread was wearing down quickly on the front tires. I was told nothing they could do as I did not rotate them…not certain that is true that I never did as I take my car into other locations, but that’s what they said. I was quoted over $500 to buy new ones. Given I’ve taken my car to discount tires and other locations and have always offered replacements or help when something goes wrong I will likely not buy from here again unless they m... read more
