Absolutely rude cashier. I was a loyal customer for three years treat me like dirt and the floor manager instead of de-escalating the situation she came in with an attitude very hostile. I reported her to the store manager. He was trying to convince me to not cancel my membership. He was an awesome guy. Always high quality work and professionalism.
Costco service 5 stars, employee interaction 4 stars. I do not get my tires anywhere else and the service at Costco is exponentially better than the competitors. However, there is an opportunity for the employees to give better service with small effort. The service tech Dominic was friendly and great, the only issue is I had a small request to have them relay to me when the tires were off so I can get a Quick Look at my brakes pads.
