Always high quality work and professionalism.
Costco service 5 stars, employee interaction 4 stars. I do not get my tires anywhere else and the service at Costco is exponentially better than the competitors. However, there is an opportunity for the employees to give better service with small effort. The service tech Dominic was friendly and great, the only issue is I had a small request to have them relay to me when the tires were off so I can get a Quick Look at my brakes pads. First experience with a flat-no other tire center has an opening all day. Costco takes me as a walk-in for a tire that isn't even theirs, they patch and install it for 15 bucks in 2 hours. Costco continues to deliver excellence in every area they touch
