Excellent customer service! l drove to Indianapolis from Connecticut and apparently picked up a small puncture in one of my tires along the way. Being out of town and on a tight schedule was worried this could become a bigger issue. Costco did not disappoint and quickly repaired the tire so our car was safe to drive back to Connecticut! Big thanks to the tire service center for their excellent customer service!
I worked with Kristopher and Kenzie, and they were both excellent. Fast and friendly and took care of what I needed.
Absolutely rude cashier. I was a loyal customer for three years treat me like dirt and the floor manager instead of de-escalating the situation she came in with an attitude very hostile. I reported her to the store manager. He was trying to convince me to not cancel my membership. He was an awesome guy.
