Unfortunately, my experience with tire service at Costco was very disappointing. After waiting five days to receive the tires I ordered, I arrived punctually for my installation appointment at 10 am. Despite having an appointment, I was made to wait in a long line, as if I did not have a prior reservation. To make matters worse, they installed a different set of tires than the one I had paid for.
