This is the logic of the staff at this particular tire center. I came in at 9:30am without an appointment knowing that I needed to leave the car there for the entire day. It’s not a problem with me. So the staff said we have an opening at 11:45am. I said it’s OK, I can leave the car here for the whole day. Then she said No, you have to come back at 11:45am to check in. What kind of logic is that? Why can’t I leave the car with them at 9:30am and they can work on it at 11:45am? I am baffled!!!!!!

Unfortunately, my experience with tire service at Costco was very disappointing. After waiting five days to receive the tires I ordered, I arrived punctually for my installation appointment at 10 am. Despite having an appointment, I was made to wait in a long line, as if I did not have a prior reservation. To make matters worse, they installed a different set of tires than the one I had paid for.
