I’d give it 0/5 stars if it was an option. I had a tire rotation scheduled for 10:00 a.m. today, Wednesday, May 20th. I called ahead a couple days ago, spoke directly with the manager, and specifically scheduled the appointment. I took time off work and drove over there, only to be told they had absolutely no record of me in the system. Not a timing issue. Not a misunderstanding. My name was not in the system at all. I waited a week for tire rotation appointment which was at 9:00 but could not meet appointment because entry is at 9:30.
We travel in RV Multiple States. Costco is always been along the way. Always the same great customer service. Always the same great quality. Always Costco Dog and drink $1.50
First of all it have bought tires for all of my cars from costco for the last 20 years.the quality of their products are great.however for the first time last Sunday 11/2/2025 I had an appointment at 10:45 am to get a set of new tires and possibly a road hazard repair.the shop at this lodi location was visibly busier than normal as I waited in line for 30 minutes to check my car in.later after my car was checked in for announcements or so I recieved a call from the young man who checked me in.he was very nice by the way.he h... read more
Rude took 4 hours when had a appointment didn’t test all tires for the nail patch that it needed etc re checked at another location and found multiple hole that needed patching very disappointing as I only have a membership for the tire service as it’s a work truck they also they couldn’t change tires because of wear but wouldn’t cover warranty clown show I’d give zero starts I’d I could the managed was very helpful but was not educated about tires
