Ok, I love my local Costco store and in the past have been very happy with Online and Kiosk orders (Air Con install was great). But I have never been as frustrated with a company as I now am with Costco regarding flooring purchased via their SHAW flooring. TEN days ago, I asked to talk to a Costco Representative about a bad install on an $8,000 project. Since then I have emailed them twice (to the supposed person working on the problem). Visited the pharmacy and to tell the truth the entire staff there is awesome they remember my name when I come there that is excellent customer service and it feels great too!!
