Grateful for friendly and helpful service staff who were able to help me with a flat tire.
Terrible customer service, terrible people, and an overall terrible experience. If you can avoid them and take your money and business elsewhere, please do. I will never, ever go back to them for installation again.
Brought in car / tires after oil change center said they needed to be replaced and still within Mileage warranty. Costco employees said they still had 5-6/32 tread depth, so I purchased a tread depth gauge and they have 2-3/32 left and are at the wear bars (See Photos). So Costco basically sent my wife out with unsafe tires. Terrible service!!
They never answer the phone. Janae at the counter is rude and has a bad attitude.
Very poor experience overall. Went in with matching appointments with myself and my parents from out of town. My parents were turned down and told that they did not order tires for them and then I was told that they ordered the wrong tire size for me, even though I provided the correct model to them and showed them proof of that. As a result, we ended up paying more for our tires than initially expected and was not given much kindness or a simple apology.
