Very poor experience overall. Went in with matching appointments with myself and my parents from out of town. My parents were turned down and told that they did not order tires for them and then I was told that they ordered the wrong tire size for me, even though I provided the correct model to them and showed them proof of that. As a result, we ended up paying more for our tires than initially expected and was not given much kindness or a simple apology. Very kind and helpful
Unfortunately the repair took well over 90 minutes to remove a nail in the tread. I was told the repair would take only a much shorter time.
They never answer the phone. So frustrated with Costco tires. They are cheap as long as you have not problems with them. If you have any problems, they do everything they can to blame it on something else, if you can get in touch with them.
