They never answer the phone. So frustrated with Costco tires. They are cheap as long as you have not problems with them. If you have any problems, they do everything they can to blame it on something else, if you can get in touch with them.
I had a great experience with a younger guy named Kade. He took the time to walk me through the issues my suspension was causing to my tires and graciously left his break to help me with my car. Excellent customer service and Excellent job Kade! You earned this review.
I'd give this zero stars if I could. Dropped my sons car off to get 4 new tires ($1300) and he picked it up later that day with 4 new tires and several errors on his dash. He immediately went back in to tell them about it so the Costco Tire Center hooked up their computer and cleared the errors and told him everything was fine. Errors immediately came back on so I took it to the dealership the next day and had to pay $680 to repair a sensor on the wheel. always busy, probably better to plan a little longer than they promise.
My husband popped his tire and was able to dive it to Costco. They got him in right away and replaced his tire within 2 hours. I seriously cannot believe the quick response from them. Thank you so much!
