A tire change should not take 2.5 hours when they say 1 hour. As great as Costco is, their tire center is not efficient and associates are difficult to get ahold of.
I purchased tires from Costco and made an appointment to have them installed. Showed up on time for the appointment and waited 2 hours before they called me and let me know that a sensor on my last wheel is busted and quoted me $67 to replace it. Since I bought the tires, they said they discounted the sensor to $47. I waited another 40 minutes and finally got the message the car is ready. Then it’s time to wait in line again. Grateful for friendly and helpful service staff who were able to help me with a flat tire.
Terrible customer service, terrible people, and an overall terrible experience. If you can avoid them and take your money and business elsewhere, please do. I will never, ever go back to them for installation again.
