The only reason I’m leaving 5 starts is because of a worker named Jose working in the automotive department. He was so helpful and able to solve an issue I had. He was very patient and kind. If I ever have to come back again I will request Jose to assist me. Outstanding service, thank you again Jose!
Bought all new tires here thinking service would be faster, cheaper and better then the dealership. I was completely wrong. They were more expensive, takes forever, and customer service is lacking. Ive come in three times. First time when I bought the tires. second time for rotation and balance. Third time to change a tire because I had a slice in it. A tire change should not take 2.5 hours when they say 1 hour. As great as Costco is, their tire center is not efficient and associates are difficult to get ahold of.
I purchased tires from Costco and made an appointment to have them installed. Showed up on time for the appointment and waited 2 hours before they called me and let me know that a sensor on my last wheel is busted and quoted me $67 to replace it. Since I bought the tires, they said they discounted the sensor to $47. I waited another 40 minutes and finally got the message the car is ready. Then it’s time to wait in line again.
