I had a great experience with a younger guy named Kade. He took the time to walk me through the issues my suspension was causing to my tires and graciously left his break to help me with my car. Excellent customer service and Excellent job Kade! You earned this review.
I'd give this zero stars if I could. Dropped my sons car off to get 4 new tires ($1300) and he picked it up later that day with 4 new tires and several errors on his dash. He immediately went back in to tell them about it so the Costco Tire Center hooked up their computer and cleared the errors and told him everything was fine. Errors immediately came back on so I took it to the dealership the next day and had to pay $680 to repair a sensor on the wheel. My husband popped his tire and was able to dive it to Costco. They got him in right away and replaced his tire within 2 hours. I seriously cannot believe the quick response from them. Thank you so much!
PLEASE never take your vehicle to get wheels or tires switched here. I’ve had it on multiple occasions where I would get my car back and a lug post would be damaged, to the point where it would need to be replaced. This most recent time, a technician had damaged the threading on the wheel hub itself, but they claimed it was just a stripped lug post. My trusted local mechanic showed me photographic evidence that the hub itself was damaged. And obviously it wasn’t damaged before since all 20 of the lug posts around on the 4 wh... read more
