They are allergic to doing their job right. I signed up for "perscription filled" notifications upon the start of my time with Costco Pharmacy almost 9 months ago. I have NEVER recieved a single notification. 1st fill, I had and no notification? Someone didn't put it in right in the system, and it should be fixed. 2nd fill and I had no notification? The staff at Costco work very hard and are very professional about the work they do...very pleasant people
Staff is very unprofessional and stand around talking instead of working. I refilled my prescription online through the app and it was supposed to be ready by 2pm the next day. When I arrived at 5:30pm, all the pharmacy employees were gathered in a group chatting with each other and not watching for customers. I waited at the counter for at least 30 seconds before they noticed me.
