This Costco Pharmacy is the absolute worst!!! My doctor ordered me a prescription via phone call right in front of me when at his office. When we went to get my prescription they did not have it ready and to make it even worse they blamed my doctor for not placing it. I called my doctor very upset and disappointed and asked him to do it again. This is honestly the worst pharmacy ever. It’s not worth the lower dispensary fee. I tried for a solid year but had to switch. In that time they lost prescriptions, they lost faxes from my GP. They made changes to my medication without consulting me. On top of this there is always a huge wait. Prescriptions take a minimum of 2 days if not longer to prepare when ordering online. In person it’s a minimum 1 hour. I’ve gone in after being called a prescription is ready only to be told they lost it and to wait another 30 minutes.... read more
One of the worst of the Costco pharmacy, front staff who are at the counter are good but the pharmacists are arrogant, rude and lack empathy towards patients…
I had bad experiences at the pharmacy i will never go back there again
