RecommendedIf you’re going to have senior shopping hours, you should actually enforce it completely not just selectively. I saw several people coming out as I tried to go in, who weren’t any older than me. Also, there should be a sign somewhere that can be easily seen. I looked and couldn’t find a sign anywhere. I have no problem with trying to protect those who need to be protected, but it needs to be consistent, and obvious to the general public.
RecommendedBrought 102 year old original black & white photo from 1918 of my deceased grandmother when she was a young teenager with several water spots and more than a few flaws. And the Costco photo team did an amazing restoration job in only 3 days making it look like it was taken recently by a professional studio! I was overwhelmed with joy; I cried and immediately posted it to my Facebook where all my cousins could enjoy her beauty!
RecommendedThank you for still offering your members face masks at the door. I went yesterday, my previous mask was unusable. I was skeptical going, because every other store is only selling them. Your greeter politely asked me to put on a mask. When i asked her for 1, gave me a smile when she handed me the box to take 1. She said she's hoping you guys don't stop doing this. So im writing, hoping you guys will continue to offer them to your members.
