mold was in one of our boxes that they use to box your groceries unacceptable
I ordered an oven and microwave recently. The oven was delivered a couple of weeks ago and was unboxed and installed. My microwave arrived today. I instructed the delivery team where it would be installed. They advised their delivery order did not say to install the microwave. While inconvenient, I figured a quick call to Costco customer service would remedy the situation. I was wrong. I came in the entrance of the store and I asked the entry ID checker if she was able to get me the face shields so I could do my shopping as I can not where a mask. She told me she couldn’t but she could call someone that could help me. De De the supervisor came and when she was told by the entry ID checker what I was needing she rolled her eyes and shook her head. Very good store and good pricing EXCEPT at the gas pumps. It seems that Costco has decided to stop sharing any savings on gas pricing. You could always count on saving $0.10 a gallon, but now it is .3-.4 cents. The Billings Costco and Sam's both sell for $.10 under market prices. WHY?
