Staff watches you stand in line waiting for Rx drop off with 0 acknowledgement and doesn't say anything. Standing for 10 mins to have them call some random dude walkicoming from nowhere and still not say anything to us - you have a consult window. I'll spend the extra $10 to save my 10(+undefined) minutes. Worst C.S. of costco.
I was pretty happy with costco as a pharmacy until I called today to check status and spoke with Georgia on the phone. She cut me off in the middle of spelling my last name for her and said "NO, your LAST name" then proceeded to be super rude for the rest of the call. I don't understand the hostility. Spelling out a "difficult on the phone" or commonly misspelled name is pretty standard common courtesy.
After going to other pharmacies i.e. CVS and Walgreens, which have long waits and terrible service, this Costco pharmacy is awesome! The staff are friendly and helpful and the wait is usually not too bad.
