Was told on the phone my prescription was ready. Waited 20m in pickup line to be told to wait in another 20m dropoff line because they failed to fill my prescription and it was likely out of stock. Now I am waiting 30m to have them fill the prescription that they indeed have in stock. There are some logistical hurdles that need smoothing here. Edit: a recent new fun tactic they have is putting you hold on the phone for 20 minutes, hanging up, and then putting you at the back of the queue. Horrible.

Staff watches you stand in line waiting for Rx drop off with 0 acknowledgement and doesn't say anything. Standing for 10 mins to have them call some random dude walkicoming from nowhere and still not say anything to us - you have a consult window. I'll spend the extra $10 to save my 10(+undefined) minutes. Worst C.S. of costco.

I was pretty happy with costco as a pharmacy until I called today to check status and spoke with Georgia on the phone. She cut me off in the middle of spelling my last name for her and said "NO, your LAST name" then proceeded to be super rude for the rest of the call. I don't understand the hostility. Spelling out a "difficult on the phone" or commonly misspelled name is pretty standard common courtesy.
