Horrible customer service.
I've had such a great experience since we moved our meds here. Vaccines took a bit of waiting, but the shot was honestly painless. Never had an issue with meds and so convenient with the text refills.
B E W A R E ! ! ! If your medications are ones that you CANNOT miss a dose like mine then GO ELSEWHERE! Avoid all Costco pharmacy like the plague because they DO NOT CARE. My first took 2 WEEKS to get eating up 2/3 of the surplus I had for delays. Now this month it is immediately pulled for "large copay" when I had no prescription coverage and was PAYING FULL PRICE.
