I wouldn’t even give it a star I went to this place to buy food to donate to the Bessemer foundry food bank an first I was great a the door by this rude lady that assumed that just because I was in a work uniform that I was here to work on something an would have to sign a log I told here no ma’am an what I was here to do she pointed me to the membership line. I wish we had a Costco in Tuscaloosa so I didn’t have to shop on the weekends. I love the variety of items available and always check out the seasonable items. Even though it’s packed on Saturdays and Sundays the employees work so hard and always take a moment to share a few pleasantries at the checkout.
Lines are too long !!! Cannot count how many times I have walked out & left my goods in the cart. WHY can there not be a membership that allows early entry like Sam’s.
