Terrible experience in the tire department. First they didn’t have the size I stock so I had to order online, talk to the person, they suggested a wider size, got it in and it won’t fit-hits shocks-but that’s only after waiting 2 1/2 hours for my car. Then they can’t refund me since it was online then they said one of my interior walls was bad so they had to put on spare...3 hours and still waiting on car and no refund since when I called it said 63 minutes wait -what is wrong with this company?!

Customer service has declined greatly in the last 3 months. Everybody was just plain ol' mad today. Has there been a major shakeup in management or something?
