This is the only Costco on the 95 corridor in Maryand that carries kirkland brand Monterery Jack cheese . I didn't know costco had monterey jack cheese until came across it in a PA. store on vaction. . I'd Never went to the Colombia store and only found it on gps looking for the Hanover store and decided to check it out , Low and behold they had Kirkland Monterey Jack!!!
I have been a long time member of Costco! I have always received excellent customer service. Today, for the first time I am very disappointed with the service I received from a Pharmacy technician at this location. I refused getting free meds after a complete insult today, but requested an apology for the poor customer service. If some employees can provide excellent customer service, ALL employees should be held to that Costco standard! Clubs have to remind its employees that the members PAY to shop there, its NOT free.
