had a 230pm appt for tire install. waited 30"just to check in. NOT ENOUGH PERSONNEL TO BE EFFICIENT! Been like this forever. why cant costco fix this major problem??

Tire Center: I get that they're quite busy, but I was on hold with them in the a.m. for 10 minutes. My bad for not very quickly saying let-me-tell-you-what-I'm-calling-about-before-you-put-me-on-hold. They were helpful in helping me figure out which tires to prioritize. But they did break my key fob (& didn't apologize).
