Lady over the phone was extremely rude. Didn’t have the time of day for me. I won’t go back.
I wish I could say better things as I came into this with high hopes. I was helped by 3 different people from ordering my glasses to coming back the same day I picked them up to get them readjusted. The staff is completely hit or miss, unfortunately. The woman who helped me readjust my glasses (when I came back in) was quite rude. I don’t know anything about readjusting glasses as I’m kind of new to glasses… so I told her I wasn’t sure how it worked but knew that they kept sliding down. 2021: Ordered new glasses from Costco using Edina Eye Clinic Rx, Glasses and Rx good. Although when I picked up glasses, I was just handed the glasses. No time spent chcking the fit. Disappointed in service!!! Will not buy glasses at CostCo in 2022. OLDER: 2016: Rx from CostCo doctor wrong!! CostCo glasses caused eye problems. The eye doctor at Costco was more interested in updating my prescription (to sell glasses) than the health of my eyes. Bad CostCo prescription cost me almost $200.
