I’m extremely disappointed with their customer service. I bought a pair of Ray-Ban glasses, and the rubber end fell off. When I brought them in for help, they told me to go buy glue to fix it myself. Honestly, this is the worst customer support I’ve ever experienced.
It was my first time visiting Costco Optical. From friendly greeting when arriving to excellent service by Narin when purchasing glasses for my Daughter, I was very impressed. The wait time was minimal and very good prices. Highly recommend!
Costco's eye check is done by a company called "Emeral Care". Super scammy -- consider avoiding them. I went there for vision check to update my glasses. Vision check itself was just $45 (covered 100% by insurance). Didn't realize they also included $180 "eye exam" in the insurance claim -- which I only saw when charged to me later as a deductible.
