ZERO stars if it were an option. I don’t understand why they don’t have two separate lines or numbers to pull for people who simply need to purchase contacts vs people who are shopping for glasses and need triple the amount of time to select and get fitted etc. And even if they tell you to shop around and come back, they won’t honor your number in case you missed getting your number called. The wait times are excessive at this Costco optical. Both times I’ve been in here. It should not take a half hour to pick up a pair of glasses that you already ordered.
I’m extremely disappointed with their customer service. I bought a pair of Ray-Ban glasses, and the rubber end fell off. When I brought them in for help, they told me to go buy glue to fix it myself. Honestly, this is the worst customer support I’ve ever experienced.
It was my first time visiting Costco Optical. From friendly greeting when arriving to excellent service by Narin when purchasing glasses for my Daughter, I was very impressed. The wait time was minimal and very good prices. Highly recommend!
