I recently filled a couple of prescriptions at Costco. The staff was genuinely pleasant and helpful. They have a budget-friendly collection that's great for everyday needs. However, I believe there's room for improvement in their sunglass selection, particularly for men.
So this review is only about their customer service(because I never received the service I needed so cant say anything about the doctors) Over 3 weeks ago I called to make an appointment for me and my family on different days (person who answered I want to think that was very busy and not rude) made my appointment and another day for my husband and child. Polishing the sides of my new lenses was "forgotten" and would have taken another 7 days to correct, after I already waited 7 days to get the glasses. I told the optometry apprentice to forget it and refund my money for that. Then this "apprentice" adjusted and adjusted and adjusted my glasses for 20 minutes without being able to get it right. They are terrible and I fear that all the bending and twisting has damaged and may cause weakness in the structure of the frames, resulting in breakage. I am going to attempt to get a ... read more
