Lemme just say ya'll ,shert n swet, that Costco is fantastic place to buy a pallet of american cheese slicees but get your yer gd spectacles elsewere. Ain't no werehouse gonna prescribe me my persols and dolce and bandanas. This review is not for the Dr but the counter slingin shades. * Dr doesn't answer phone , goes to service . Called 4 times on various occasions. Go elsewhere
Great spot with wide selection. Some premium brands like Ray-Bans are available. It can get busy depending on the time of day you visit. They accept most major insurance. You DO NEED a Costco membership to access the optical department.
On Tuesday, June 25th, my glasses fell apart at the hinges for the first time, and I did not know what to do. Fortunately, I remembered that I had a Costco membership, so I drove to the closest one. I am glad I met Fernando, who was working at the time. If anyone needs help with their glasses, just ask for Fernando; he will help you with your glasses or sunglasses.
Absolutely terrible, worst customer service, bad attitudes from employees and they didn't advise me about my benefits. Would not recommend at all, not even 1 star.
Horrible experience. I'll never forget getting my lenses here and having to come back at least 3 times due to the prescription not being correct and each time was more frustrating than the previous visit of course. The glasses should've been properly from the beginning and by the time I came back the 3rd time to tell them I'm still having issues with my prescription and that I'd like to get a full refund because I've already have to make multiple trips to this location and I'm 30 minutes away.
