I love two of the older women that frequently work at this optical counter! Both are very friendly and seem to be very knowledgeable and experienced, they are always very helpful! However, someone needs to go give Kacey a hug and tell her they’re sorry she’s having a bad day. She was extremely rude, completely unprompted, and was clearly upset before I even called their desk this morning. I recently visited Costco Optical and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making the entire process smooth and efficient. The eye exam was thorough, and the optometrist took the time to explain everything clearly. Casey in the optical dept is the greatest! She provides excellent service in a very helpful and friendly manner - and fixed me up with a nice pair of Oakley frames and progressive lenses that are just right - for about 1/2 the price of most shops. Thanks Casey! David Bath
