Sara Gallant is excellent! I am a healthcare professional but had no idea the effort required to help someone find the proper hearing aids. Sara is very knowledgeable, professional, and makes you feel like you’re the most important person in the building. Her patience is immense. I tried multiple settings and ended up right where she recommended on the first visit. I have told many of my patients about my experience!
Amazing service, kind helpful staff. My hearing aid quit working and I called, they said come on in. Had it fixed in 5 minutes.
I have met twice with Kira Gbur, HAS, at the Cypress Lake facility. She was a tremendous help, did not over-sell her product, and I walked away very happy. She is most knowledgeable and because she wears hearing aids herself she is extremely aware of how hearing loss can affect you. FIVE STARS for Kira!!
Unbelievable delay in getting an appointment for hearing test, from 6 to 8 weeks. After we got an appointment they neglected to tell us which store in Fort Myers was for the appointment, and we showed up at the wrong one. The person at the hearing center desk says that happens a lot, customer not knowing which store! I wonder if management can fix that and tell people which store they should be going to when making an appointment?
