I bought my hearing aids at Costco about 5 years ago. I am just now having problems with them that are no longer covered by my warranty. When I bought them, I had already purchased one hearing aid from a doctor, who sold me ONE for $1500. It was refurbished. I needed two but could not afford them. I recently visited the Costco Hearing Center for a hearing test and consultation, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The hearing specialist (you can insert a name if you remember it, like John at the Springfield location) was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. They took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the hearing test, answered all of my questions without any rush, and never once made me feel pressured to make a purchase. Sara Gallant is excellent! I am a healthcare professional but had no idea the effort required to help someone find the proper hearing aids. Sara is very knowledgeable, professional, and makes you feel like you’re the most important person in the building. Her patience is immense. I tried multiple settings and ended up right where she recommended on the first visit. I have told many of my patients about my experience!
Amazing service, kind helpful staff. My hearing aid quit working and I called, they said come on in. Had it fixed in 5 minutes.
