I’m on my 2 nd pair of hearing aid from Costco and wife got some about 4 mouths ago the last time I toke mine to get cleaned the person taking care of me was very rude when my wife picked hers up the first time they were also very rude today she took them to be cleaned she sat waiting for 30 minutes no one even acknowledged her finally she went to the counter and ask for Hearing Aids were done and they told her they’ve been done for a while already. The hearin aid service has been very helpful to me. Purchased two sets with chargers over 10 years. Always there when I had a problem for cleaning and other problem. Replaced one of mine when I lost one at no charge. Cost was reasonably low. Great service and personnel.

Service great Costco “Kirkland” brand hearing aid works great. Costco doesn’t manufacture their own hearing aids. You get a premium hearing aid from a big time hearing aid company but it’s under the Kirkland brand. Quite a bit cheaper They do have the brand name hearing aids also Thing to remember is occasionally take hearing aid in for cleaning. No charge.
