Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Totally conflicting information, unhelpful staff, how are they still in business!
Costco hearing aid centers are among the best options available to anyone who doesn’t have insurance for hearing aids. Of course they’re cost-effective, have some great models, and on paper, a fantastic warranty. This one-star review is only for the Tigard location on Dartmouth. I’ve spoken with several locations on behalf of a loved one recently, and most are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The Tigard location is the only location where we’ve had issues. Not helpful staff.
Efficient, friendly and REALLY helpful audiologists helped my 89 year old Mom. They were exceedingly patient with her memory and hearing problems. And a great choice of styles and prices of hearing aids. Highly recommended!
I’m going to take my hat off to Manager Alisha, there was a situation that could have been better and with Alisha’s professionalism, she provided customer service like no other. I recognize what she did was outstanding and an above and beyond manager. Costco is lucky to have such a professional manager that really understands the meaning of customer service.
