Didn't give good information and the people who work there especially the manager have a bad attitude.
I was visiting from the east coast and had forgotten my hearing aid charging case. Dan set me up with a free loaner case for a week! This is why I buy from Costco, they have the best prices but also the best people. Thanks Dan!

I agree with the posts here. My experience has been great. The Audiologist (hearing aid dispenser? I’m not 100% sure, I think the professional who helped me was an Audiologist) was great. This was my second try, I returned my first hearing aid within the trial period. Coincidentally it failed (would not power up) just before I returned it. I think the Phonak was a good device but the ReSound is a great device. The app makes a huge difference
