Beautiful place to visit.
I just called this department requesting a hearing test. They asked me at least a dozen questions and gave me a hard time about making an appointment. After 10 minutes of them giving me the run around, I hung up, called another shop and got a free appointment with no problem. Terrible service.
If you come in to get your hearing aids cleaned without an appointment you'll wait for hours even if the staff are sitting around staring at your computer or doing nothing They keep apologizing them customers without an appointment may or may not be seen, but certainly will have to wait a long time. It takes so little time to clean the hearing aids, but they make you wait and wait and wait .
Mariah helped me with my hearing aids at the Fenton Parkway Costco. Amazing experience overall. The staff was friendly and very communicative. I am in my mid 40s and have moderate to severe hearing loss. I can't tell you how pleased I am with my new hearing aids. Completely life changing.
