If you come in to get your hearing aids cleaned without an appointment you'll wait for hours even if the staff are sitting around staring at your computer or doing nothing They keep apologizing them customers without an appointment may or may not be seen, but certainly will have to wait a long time. It takes so little time to clean the hearing aids, but they make you wait and wait and wait .
Mariah helped me with my hearing aids at the Fenton Parkway Costco. Amazing experience overall. The staff was friendly and very communicative. I am in my mid 40s and have moderate to severe hearing loss. I can't tell you how pleased I am with my new hearing aids. Completely life changing.
I very satisfied with the product. Service on the other hand was lacking. My initial visit was 40 minutes later than scheduled. I arrived 15 minutes ahead of appointment as told. Staff went to lunch so I sat for 45 minutes before they returned. The person who did my hearing test was very knowledgeable and professional. My next visit for fitting was 25 minutes late.. Marcus McDonald (Fenton Parkway store) is as good as it gets. He is the most knowledgable hearing specialist I’ve been to. Caring, patient, and genuinely driven by your complete satisfaction. I recommend Marcus without the slightest hesitation. Sadly, I cannot say that about other Costco hearing centers. Some bad experiences. Be careful!
