Well I was told yesterday that my tires were in and that they could do my tires at noon today. Nope! Wrong information. I was told I could stay for 4 hours and they get done. Had to make a appointment for roughly three weeks from now!!!! If I wasn't already a member and prepaid I would of went elsewhere. Also your employees need to inform people better. The guy pushed me to pay to get the special sales etc. Not telling me I'd need a appointment that might be 3 weeks down the line.
for our visit on 5/2/17 this was a cheap run for a pizza dinner and some milk. we shop a lot at costco and get most (close to all) of our groceries there. most of our other shopping needs that are outside of costco are because they don't have what we are buying.
Costco always has the basics that I buy and other things that I like and buy even if I don't need it.
Love Costco but hate that they close so early on Saturdays. 6:00 is a bit unreasonable. 8:00 would be much better. Someone said they close early because their employees have lives too. Their employees work after closing, so that's not the reason .
