It’s Costco how can it be anything but good��
I love Costco. But why did I get a rock in my “Fresh Cooked Clams”?
I have never received worse customer service or patient care than I have from Costco pharmacy. I’ve made 7 store visits and 7 phone calls over the course of 1 month and my prescription was still not billed to my insurance. Costco pharmacy has the worst communication of any business I have ever patronized. Luckily there are many pharmacies to choose from in this community. Won't let me go into optical with a shopping cart with my kids in it. I even went in at opening when it was slow and they still wouldn't let me in. I called to complain and all they did was say sorry and that they would talk to their staff. Very inconvenient and not helpful at all. I can't carry a 10 month old and try on glasses at the same time. They didn't suggest what I should do to avoid this in the future so I guess I won't bother buying glasses and contacts for myself and daughter. At San Jose Almaden I never had this ... read more
