Customer service at it's finest!! Yesterday I spoke with Tim about a problem I was having. I told him we lived an hour and a half away. My husband is a stroke victim and there were no electric carts available for his use and I couldn't leave him in the car as it was 99° outside! He had a very nice young lady from customer service push my husband's wheelchair through the store while I shopped. Talk about going the extra mile! Thanks again Tim.

Costco's appeal to 41 million member-customers at more than 430 stores is its perceived value. We see the prices and sizes and somehow just "know" we're getting a good deal. hey Thanks for the free samples I got full :) lol
I am a regular shopper at costco. I became fed up with my wireless carrier shops so I decided to try costco's wireless shop. I have happily been going back to them for the past 3 and a half years. John, Rod, and Michael are the most helpful and knowledgeable reps I have run into. They are always looking out for the customer. I hope this reaches their superiors as they deserve at the least some recognition.
Bought an expired pastries yesterday, they need to check their products and pull out the expired ones, so disappointed.
