Picking up prescriptions here is a nightmare. I have dealt with it for too many years. I was called today at 6:30 and told my prescriptions were ready, but when I got here at 7:45, they hadn't even started them. This is the last time. I will gladly pay a little more to go elsewhere.

This was the first time experiencing this at this Costco but the women that were working in the photo department were rude. They were very short and seemed to be annoyed.
I work for this Costco. My son had been in a motorcycle accident and this company has been amazing. It's so nice to take time off to help my son and know that my employer is there to support me. I am so grateful for their support and love in my time of need. .
