I went this past Saturday as I was visiting family in the area. I had my daughter in my arms and full cart loaded with large items. I figured I would be helped as I am always when I visit my local Cosco in New Berlin. Well the young lady named Sam who was helping the cashier didn’t even say hi to me. She just looked at me and saw me struggle putting the smaller items down. I had my daughter in my other arm and she didn’t bother to help. The cashier Anna K was rude and unwilling to be helpful and honor a simple request. I’m really shocked how nasty she was. I should have called a manger over. In stead I left 80% of my purchase sitting on the checkout conveyor.
Grayson, at the service desk, was great. He helped us through our options for membership without any pressure. When we checked out, the two cashiers welcomed us and explained the checkout procedures. Everyone was friendly and made us feel welcome
I love Costco for shopping but Never will I ever get gas at Costco again... literally topped off my tank so what 14$ and they charged me that plus 100$ hold even though I used my debit card... they argued me till I hung up on them that they’re cheaper than everyone else when every other gas station is $1. Right or wrong?! �
Not enough motorized carts. I had to walk the entire store. Otherwise it was good.

I enjoy shopping 🛒 at Costco and buying gasoline at a savings. Awesome products and awesome service
There are great deals in health and beauty, paper products, even bird seed. I also stock up on some food items I use a lot of, but you do need to be careful. Compare prices, and be sure you have the storage space and can use something up before it goes bad. Long lines, lots of people but my cashier was fast and friendly.
