My favorite store honestly.. but the workers are RIDICULOUSLY rude and untrained. The Managers need to give the cashiers costumer service classes so they know basic respect and when to keep quiet. Stressful holidays are no excuse to treat people spending hundreds of dollars in your store with so much disrespect. AND I have never heard of so many terrible experiences mirroring my own...So happy I switched to the Green Bay location. Makes Grafton look like a joke.

Has what I need at good price
So I’m kicking myself for not remembering his name, but my family went to renew our membership and I needed a new card. My 4 year old wanted in the picture! The gentleman helping us, with the biggest most genuine smile on his face pointed my son over to me and he took our picture. It might seem so small, but he made my kiddos day, getting to be on mommas costco card with her! I always have a great visit and will be returning again!
