I love COSTCO........ live in Winnemucca........and shop COSTCO whenever I am in Reno........and have made the trip just to shop there!
Too busy. They need to open earlier on Sundays. There were people waiting in the parking lot an hr and a half early. The guy checking me out didn't even have a cash drawer yet and they were open for 2 hrs already. They really need earlier hours. I really felt tons of anxiety shopping there on Sunday. I think many felt this way. Their entry and exit should also be reversed as they keep the carts on the wrong side??? This Costco needs organisation badly.
Worst lines. Too many people. But sometimes has great buys so I have to go there from time to time. I prefer the Costco in Sparks by far.
Costco is a great store. However the prices are rising to the point that other stores are becoming a better alternative. This may be my ladt year at Costco and that makes me very sad .......
I usually avoid this location because I've never had a positive experience here, but they have an item that the Sparks location does not, so I went. And to no surprise, it was awful! Crowed! Employees are rude. And my groceries were thrown into my basket.
