Everyone in Reno went to Costco today. The lines to exit were past the food court. The staff all worked quickly to add staff and expedited the process. AMAZING job! Everyone exited quickly. Great job Costco. That’s why everyone in Reno goes there.

Misleading price of your jewelry and General Manager who doesn’t even know who to blame for his mistake and immediately changed all the jewelry prices since I’m complaining, but thanks to your asst. Manager Pat Asch Reno#025 who’s doing her best to resolve my complain. I wish your corporate will do some action about this kind of mistake.

Great service at Reno, NV COSTCO!!!! Busy place but Melinda who was putting my groceries away caught broken eggs and ran back and got me more. Thank you Melinda and the checker who covered for her. Way to go!
