RecommendedI heard the other week that a Curmudgeonly customer complained about smiley faces being drawn on receipts. I was sadden by this news. On my sons and my next visit we asked for a smiley face, we were very happy when we left. Thanking the receipt checker for a great day!
We were at your store the other day and it was strange to leave without our typical smiley face. Then today I saw an article saying you got rid of them. So sad to hear you got rid of smiley faces. It just doesn't feel like the same experience and your staff seems sad because of it. I get it probably took a few extra seconds to get people through the line but what a little way to give joy to kiddos and their parents in a world that so desperately needs to smile. Hope you are able to review the decision and bring it back!
