Employees at the Kalamazoo location have treated myself and family members accompanying me very poorly during the last few visits there.
The last 3 times I was in the kalamazoo location, I was harassed by multiple employees. The last occurrence in one visit was 3 different employees, who were extremely rude and disrespectful. No my 2 year old son will NOT wear a mask! So don’t chase me down to tell me that. Stephanie, some kind of management, was the most disrespectful.
