Very frustrating when you are told, no you can't order that ahead because it's something we always have in stock....and then you arrive to buy it and it's not available and the response is, "things happen".
I wish there were more flavors of Premier Protein. With all the bariatric patients in the area, a lot of sales are being lost to the competition.
Absolutely LOVE Costco!!! I travel 40 minutes to go, I guess that's a good thing or I'd be living there! Great prices & LOVE the Kirkland brand!!!
Always been good time there though yesterday the older lady that was the help for the gentlemen cashier to put items back into the cart was pretty pushy about the executive upgrade, even after i had said i had that first but we just dont shop here that often to make it worth it, wonder if they are being pushed more by the store itself to do it. Overall good experience, though sometimes i miss some of the items i could get from sams lol but that goes for any place
Ordered tires online that ended up being the wrong size. But I had incredible customer service from Tom. He discussed several options then helped me order the right tires, taking several minutes with me. The correct tires should be in in a few days. And a refund for the old ones is on the way. Thank you, Tom!
