I’ve been going to Costa’s Mobile for over 20 years, but my recent experience with Manu, the owner’s son, was very disappointing. I returned to get a clean copy of an inspection form because the original had a smudge and wasn’t accepted. Instead of listening, Manu immediately assumed I wanted a free re-inspection and spoke to me rudely. Only after I showed him the message from the company—clearly stating the copy wasn’t accepted because it wasn’t clean—did he finally believe me and give me a clean copy. Took my car in for a last minute emergency repair today for the first time, and I must say it was quite pleasant. As expected since I was a last minute drop in I had to wait 2.5 hours or so for my turn but truthfully I didn’t mind it at all. The owners were very friendly and kind, the wait didn’t even feel that long. I never thought I would enter a mechanic shop for the first time and feel like family. Very reasonably priced and excellent customer service. Highly recommend. Thank you for your kindness
